I'll help you look forward and tell you that she is zipping along ~ the surgeon had a check up with her a couple of weeks ago and said that she "makes him look good" lol!!! When I have a little setback or h...Welcome, Katie! When I have a little setback or hit a plateau in recovery, my physical therapist tells me to measure my progress weekly, not daily. It is definitely a process and sometime for each two steps you take forward, you will take one back. Recovery always takes longer than we want it to, but I hear people with hip replacements feel better than ever when the recovery period is past.<br />I hope you don't feel guilty about sleeping late and indulging yourself. We all need a little pampering from time to time and there is nothing better than sleeping until you wake up naturally.
